Cancellation Policy

Advance Notice

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment. This allows us to offer your reserved time to another client.

Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please call us as soon as you know you need to reschedule so we can work with you.

Missed Appointments

Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment without notice may be asked to prepay for future sessions.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client, and the full session fee will still apply.
